Our Process

How a Project Runs

The same four steps apply whether the job is a single loop or a full control system replacement. The depth changes; the order does not.

  1. Step 01

    Understand

    We review the existing system, drawings, and history, and talk with the people who run the equipment. Scope gets defined against what is actually installed.

  2. Step 02

    Plan

    Work is sequenced around production, permits, and shutdown windows. Backups, rollback steps, and testing methods are agreed on before anything changes.

  3. Step 03

    Execute

    Changes are made and checked in controlled steps, with site personnel kept current on what is in service and what is not.

  4. Step 04

    Verify

    Loops, interlocks, and sequences are tested against the intended operation, and documentation is turned over so the result is repeatable without us.
